Responsible department: Management Department for Foreign Investment 3.Tel:2398236 Documents Required for Submission 1.application documents by county or district sub-bureau of foreign trade and economic cooperation (or project organizations) 2.project feasibility study report 3.Contracts and regulations signed by foreign and domestic legal representatives (Foreign invested enterprises should hand in the project application signed by legal representative of the investor and articles of incorporation of the company) 4.the industrial and commercial licenses of foreign and domestic parties (the two parties) 5.the capital and credit certificate of the two parties 6.the pre-examined notice of enterprise names issued by the industrial and commercial institution 7.the name list of the directorate, copies of board directors identifications in foreign invested enterprises and certificate of appointment signed by legal representatives from the two parties 8.renting agreement of manufacture or operation scenes or pre-contract of land 9.other materials requested by the approving institutions.
